“I’m feeling rather swell! Thank you for asking, how do you do too?”
“I’m feeling rather swell! Thank you for asking, how do you do too?”
She giggles lightly then begins to speak in a sweet manner, “Hih. A-alright!”
“Oh. Hello Mr.Snake! I’m the Chandelier Princess of the Light Kingdom..” she curtsies politely, “but you are welcome to call me Melina.”
The young princess waves at the stranger, “Greetings!” she smiles widely at him.

The two entered the kitchen and it was filled with the scent of scones and tea. She looked at Melina with a face that screamed with confusion and asked, “Did you eat here before you came to me?”
“No, big sister.” she shook her head in disagreement. The younger one, bobbed her to the side to see what she was talking about and yes, there really were scones and other pastries on the counter. She couldn’t help but wonder where those came from as well.
“Don’t worry, I know that.” She gazed at the princess with a reassuring smile. “We’ll be making cheesecake today” She playfully poked Melina’s nose with her index finger. “Is that okay with you? Don’t worry, no fire. Alright?” She gestured to the kitchen, asking whether she would like to go or not.
With her courage built up again, she giggles then playfully wrinkles her nose. “Alright, big sister. Cheesecake it is.” she smiles at her and skipped her way to the kitchen.
They arrived at their destination. The Blade Empress’ home. Now, it’s the Chandelier Princess’ home as well. Technically, it’s just a cave. But the moment Maia took Melina with her, she decided to renovate the place to suit the young girl’s tastes. Now, it is no-less, a royal suite. “We’re here.” She looked around the place, trying to imagine her solitary life before she met Melina. Something she considered impossible. “Princess, would you like to help me cook”“Good” She sighed lightly in relief. For a moment, she was afraid of hurting the princess. Maia has always been protective of her, considering her history and the fact that she has been the most sensitive person she has ever met. She fixed her expression, making it calm. She looked at Melina and finally said, “Let’s go”
The younger monarch giggles and walks with her sister hand in hand.
She steps back and went behind Maia, “U-uhm…a-are you sure? I don’t think this would go well…since fire and glass don’t go together. Would it be alright if I…won’t help you?” she looks up at her with lips pursed, hoping that her sister won’t get upset for her “impoliteness”.
